El Canaveral is a family friendly Mexican restaurant, in Cabot Arkansas. For over 20 years we have been serving delicious combinations of Tex-Mex and authentic Mexican dishes. Meet Ricardo
Originally from Jalisco, Mexico (a state world-renowned for it’s good food and tequila), Ricardo has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant business. Starting out as a dishwasher at a family owned restaurant, Ricardo worked his way up to chef, restaurant manager, and then restaurant owner.
With a large number of popular Mexican restaurants to his name, El Canaveral will always hold sentimental value to Ricardo, as it was the first Mexican restaurant in Cabot, Arkansas.
Having previously lived in Buenavista, Ricardo took inspiration from the cane sugar refilling plants when naming El Canaveral. Now, with over 20 years of business, El Canaveral is only growing in popularity. Ricardo and the team can’t wait to welcome you in.
